I specialize in working with high-performing professionals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Many of my clients are used to functioning at a high level in demanding environments, but internally feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to slow down. If you’ve ever thought, “I should be able to handle this,” but still feel overwhelmed, you’re not alone.
In our work together, I I will help you recognize, name, and confront whatever feels overwhelming, including anxiety, stress, depression, and other experiences. Together, we will develop a plan to help you reconnect with yourself and others and gain a sense of control as you begin to identify and navigate your thoughts and feelings.
Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to be an ally and create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings while developing the skills and practical tools they need to thrive.
I use a variety of clinical approaches that are collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in the connection between mind and body to help you to explore your experiences more deeply, slow down, and make sense of what’s happening to create meaningful change.
The Therapy Session
I our sessions together, we will work to find balance between exploring past experiences and future existential worries with practical exercises to help you make meaningful progress. I will encourage self-awareness and re-connection with your body by introducing actionable ways to process stress, trauma, and feelings of overwhelm through physical movement, meditation and mindfulness, and other self-exploratory interventions.
Whether you're looking for someone to support you through a difficult time, relationship, or situation, or you want to dig deeper into your life and search for meaning, connection, or understanding, I invite you to reach out to see if I'd be a good fit for you.
